If you use a Mind Reader service online or by phone, your interactions will be recorded. This includes emails, chats, and clinical notes. All staff working with Mind Reader services can access this information. This information is securely stored to provide you with the best possible service.

Mind Reader - Social Media Terms of Use
The Mind Reader social media pages aim to inform people about Mind Reader and its centers. They share information on the services offered. They also encourage discussions on important mental health and youth issues.
Mind Reader monitors its social media pages from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, including holidays, posts may be created automatically. We will not check or manage the social media pages today. We will do this on the next business day. Our regular hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM.
We request all users to respect diverse viewpoints and avoid personal attacks on other users. Mind Reader reserves the right to remove any posts that:

Mind Reader acknowledges that immediate help and support may sometimes be needed. The Mind Reader social media pages do not provide counselling or crisis services. If you require immediate assistance, please contact Kids Helpline at 1800 55 1800, or Lifeline at 13 11 14. In an emergency, dial 000.
If a post on any Mind Reader social media page shows someone might be in danger, Mind Reader will respond quickly. They will provide information on counseling and crisis support services. In certain instances, Mind Reader may report posts indicating a risk of harm to authorities, including the police. Mind Reader cannot assume responsibility for comments made by followers on its social media pages.
